Nicaraguan Grafitti by 0faith0 Nicaraguan Grafitti by 0faith0
I took this photo in a street of Managua, Nicaragua
I have to say, I've turned into a Sandinista after spending 4 years in that place...
I'll try to translate the grafitti, but it won't sound as beautiful as it does in spanish:

If I wanted to
I could cut your wings off
and then you would be mine
but you wouldn't be able to fly
and what I love
is the bird

It sounds terrible in english...

Way better in spanish, but I love it.
Beautiful indeed. :) <3

This is a moving photograph and beautiful poem.. Everyone is entitled to their opinion; but I have to let you know, the Sandinistas did horrible things to my family. I would be careful to regard yourself as one of them.

It was a pretty old comment that one.
And i've never liked what sandinistas ended up doing, when they pretty much got drunk on power.

But the original idea behind sandinism, that I still like. You could say I relate a lot better with the ideas of the MRS.

Anyway, I was 17-18 when I wrote that and I wasn't being serious. I was a child when I lived in Nicaragua.

Sorry about your family, and I'm glad you liked the photo.

thanks
I guess it's pretty good considering the fact that I took it when I was around 11
